Leaky Roof Causes Mold in Garage

This residential home in the San Pablo area of East Jacksonville suffered water and subsequent mold damage due to an unknown roof leak over their garage. SERVPRO of The Beaches/Ponte Vedra remediated the mold in the affected areas of the garage's HVAC closet, ceiling, and attic space, and removed the moisture from the affected structure. All non-porous materials were able to be cleaned and salvaged.
